A speciáció jelentősége az élelmiszeranalitikában. Lassan ötven éve ismert a különböző specieszek kimutatásának és mennyiségi meghatározásának fontossága a biológia ésd élelmiszer tudomány területén, és az előadásban a tudomány jelenlegi szintjének bemutatása mellett a BCE Alkalmazott Kémia Tanszékének eredményei alapján betekintés nyerhető az analitikai kémia a speciális területére.
